This national conveyancing practice with a Southport branch office are seeking experienced conveyancers to add to their expanding team and work in a state of the are office building.

You will need to have gained a minimum of 2 years' experience of handling your own caseload and be able to run sales, purchase, right-to-buy, new build, transfer of equity, flats, shared ownership and remortgage matters. You will be based in purpose built office that are only a few years old and also be working on state-of-the-art computer systems with paralegal assistance also provided. You will be part of a 50+ strong national team and have opportunities which lead into management. Work is on a national basis however is split into geographical areas so you will also have the chance to liaise with local clients and deal with high value properties within the North West.

As the role is for both qualified and non-qualified the salary for the position will range between £30k - £40k with a great benefits package also included.
