NQ Commercial/Residential Solicitor

Our client a well-established practice in Gloucestershire is seeking to appoint a newly qualified Solicitor to join their offices in Cirencester. Joining the Commercial/Residential Property Department, you will have undertaken a seat in transactional property law. Additional experience of Company/Commercial Law will be advantageous.

The Commercial Property Team deal with a range of cases including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and agricultural property matters. The residential work includes the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, auctions, transfers of equity, lease extensions, re-mortgages and equity release etc.
