A global pre-eminent top tier Legal 500 listed commercial practice is keen to appoint an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to its formidable Commercial Property Team which is based in the heart of Birmingham city centre.

This firm is a very highly regarded full service international practice and has a well deserved reputation for being a major heavyweight that prides itself on providing a first class service. The calibre of the firms' lawyers is second to none and the practice is able to boast a level of technical excellence that enables it to act for multi-national corporations, international financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies.

The Real Estate Finance Team sits within the wider Commercial Property Division and acts for banks and other financial entities providing strategic advice in order to facilitate the construction and development of high value and large scale commercial property developments.

The firm is keen to hear from Real Estate Finance Solicitors with anything from 3 to 8 years' PQE who have experience of acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers in relation to commercial property funding. You will be responsible for advising on loan agreements, mortgages, guarantees and debentures. You will also be experienced in negotiating terms and advising upon titles. In addition, you will be afforded the opportunity to be heavily involved in business development and further raising the teams' standing within the market nationally.

This opportunity will allow you to participate in some of the largest and most technically complex commercial property deals in the country. You will have an abundance of face to face client time and will be required to provide innovative solutions to complex financial issues relating to large property projects so this is very much a role for someone who is ambitious and who has a desire to deal with challenging subject matter in the company of some of the very best lawyers around.

This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to take their career to the next level and join a team that is at the very top of its game. The remuneration package is excellent and there will be significant opportunities to progress through the firms' structure meaning that long term career aspirations can be met. A very competitive benefits package is also on offer which includes 25 days' holiday, life insurance, private health care insurance and also travel loan schemes.

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
