Senior Residential Conveyancer – Merseyside
PQE / Experience: Minimum three years experience

Our client is a Conveyancing specialist who offer a nationwide service from their three offices. They have extensive expansion plans in place so now is an exciting time to join. As a CLC accredited organisation, they are able to offer the opportunity to embark upon the route to becoming a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer within the firm. The course is fully supported both financially and educationally throughout, with the benefit of onsite mentors, tutors, course materials and convenient, dedicated study areas.
For ready qualified and experienced personnel joining us, there are numerous possibilities. As well as fee earning roles, you may wish to consider management, training and operational roles in order to broaden your horizons.
 
The opportunity:
As a Senior Conveyancer sound technical knowledge is a must as you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on the more complex issues that arise during the conveyancing process, in addition to managing cases from inception through to completion.
Their clients value a swift and efficient service, and they like the fact that our client can make the process as straightforward as possible. If this is something that fits in with your natural way of working, then it could be a good match.
You will also have the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members. You will do this with enthusiasm, buoying team spirit and driving everyone towards delivering a first class service, every time.
Leading by example, you will quickly develop strong team-wide working relationships, and you will have a keen awareness of performance related expectations.
 
The particulars:
Ideal Candidate Criteria:
  • Minimum three years Conveyancing experience running your own caseload from inception through to completion;
  • Sound technical knowledge to handle more complex issues;
  • Ideally some experience of supervising/mentoring junior team members;
  • Be able to build strong working relationships;
  • Excellent client care skills;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Working to meet deadlines.
