Highly profitable and successful regional firm in the East Midlands / East of England are looking to appoint a commercial litigation solicitor at NQ to 4 years PQE level to inherit a tranche of work and forge your own career working alongside a number of partners and senior associates.

In terms of your own development this is a really great opportunity because you would be joining a very technically strong team who would be able to help you progress as you develop during this key stage of your post qualification experience.

On offer would be a very wide ranging caseload. This again is a great attraction as you will be able to work across various disciplines of Litigation and further your all round knowledge before specialising later on.

You can expect to cover property litigation claims, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, contentious probate , shareholder and partnership disputes.

Applications are invited from ambitious Litigation solicitors who wish to progress in a collegiate environment.

Location wise the department is based in a rural location - yet close to other major centres and road networks. However the work that comes is in very high quality often from national and international clients,
