Solicitor - 2-5yrs PQE - Gatwick
An established litigation team within one of the leading commercial law firms in the South East are looking for a 2-5 year (ideally) Assistant Solicitor.
You will already have gained good experience in litigation. This opportunity will see you develop further under the supervision (at times) and leadership of a Partner but you will manage and handle your own case load. The office is open plan encouraging close working relations within this friendly team. There is a broad range of work including general contract and consumer, property litigation (commercial lease renewals and residential e.g.housing, boundaries) as well as contentious probate. Clients have included FTSE100 Companies, UK based subsidiaries of overseas organisations, high profile motorsport and aviation.
The role will suit a proactive individual who is commercially aware and adept in marketing both their own expertise and that of the firm itself.
