Aviation NQ Solicitor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a leading Aviation and Travel team within an International firm at their Central London office.  The salary and benefits package is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

The firm have offices across the world and are particularly well respected for their Marine, Aviation and Regulatory work.  They have a number of recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and so you will be working alongside some of the best in the Industry.  The Aviation team provides legal advice across a number of disciplines and is going from strength to strength.

As a junior Solicitor in the team you will support the Partners and Associates in relation to various Aviation and Travel related matters to include:

• National and International Regulatory advice
• Drafting and advising on compliance with Terms and Conditions
• Drafting and negotiating Supplier Agreements and other Commercial Contracts
• Advice on compliance relating to passenger rights
• ATOL issues

Applications are invited from Newly or recently Qualified Solicitors who have Commercial, Regulatory and Litigation experience gained during their Training Contract.  Ideally this experience will be in relation to Travel, Leisure and/or Aviation.  If you are already Qualified then you would be working within the Aviation or Travel sphere at the moment.  You should have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and be a strong communicator.
