Legal 200 firm seeks experienced Residential Conveyancer to work on one of its major clients

Our client is a Legal 200 firm based in Southampton with a solid and trusted reputation for delivering a high level of client care. Highly-accredited as a leading firm, our client has office branches nationwide and holds particular acclaim for its Conveyancing and Property work. Our client is in the process of further growth and is therefore expanding its Residential Conveyancing team.

With the scope to benefit from working on high-net-worth clients, our firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to undertake work surrounding New Build matters. The position will involve a major national client and the right candidate will benefit from the firm’s established and trusted reputation as a leading practice in Conveyancing and real estate. Furthermore, this is a highly active fee-earning role with the opportunity for career development in the area of Residential Conveyancing. The firm offers a supportive environment and rewards employees based on achievement and merit. Status as a Licenced Conveyancer would be advantageous but is not essential.

To be considered for this role:
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience of Residential Conveyancing gained within a reputable organisation;
You will be diligent and highly organised;
You will have excellent communication skills;
You will have strong client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be a pro-active team player and possess strengths in attention to detail.
