Commercial Litigation (3-6 years PQE)
Due to expansion, this highly successful law firm is looking to recruit a specialist in Commercial Dispute Resolution. We expect the nature of the role - supporting lead partners on more complex cases whilst managing your own caseload – will appeal to a solicitor with 3-6 years’ experience. Someone, who is confident and ambitious, wishing to develop their skills to work autonomously whilst realising the benefits to be gained from supporting and being mentored by highly experienced litigators.
Acting for a wide range of corporate and commercial clients, the CDR team (circa 8 partners and solicitors) has depth and breadth of expertise in both litigation and ADR. The team is highly regarded and regularly attracts heavyweight litigation.
You will enjoy working on a varied caseload; typical instructions include:
- Commercial Trading Disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Director conduct issues
- Contract disputes
- Emergency remedies including injunctions, and search and freezing orders
- Negligence claims including professional negligence
- Misrepresentation and Agency Claims
- Insolvency including winding up and personal bankruptcy
- Landlord and tenant disputes
