This is a very urgent role here - a fantastic opportunity to join a high profile team in Cambridge.

You should be a good commercial property all rounder, a safe pair of hands who has had the benefit of excellent training and track record in a range of freehold, leasehold transactions and Landlord and Tenant work.

They are a firm that is on the banking panels and as a result you could be assisiting or leading on any manner of commercial property matters.

Solicitors here could act for companies , high value individual land owners, charities etc in relation to all manner of property transactions including rural properties, estates, purchase of land and agricultural matters including purchase of farm buildings.

You should be LPC trained and have a 2:1 degree and had some tangible exposure to good quality matters. You could be at any level of post qualification experience and salary is completely to negotiation based upon your own personal circumstances.
