Plot Sales Paralegal

Plot Sales Paralegal , Milton Keynes

This is a post for an experienced paralegal, qualified or part qualified ILEX student.

The appointee must have good transactional experience of the plot sales process and the aptitude to deal with a high volume of work.

Attention to detail is essential as is the ability to work as part of a team.

In this role you'll be dealing with public and private developer disposals and will deal with matters from receipt of the initial reservation form right through to archiving and final billing.

You will have experience of dealing with all contract packs, exchanging contracts, issuing notices and handling the completion and post completion process.

This role will suit a motivated individual who wishes to specialise in this particular area of law.
