Position - Financial Services Litigation Solicitor
Solicitor/Financial Services Litigation/Financial Investigations/Civil Fraud/Dispute Resolution/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor to join the London offices of a national law firm. The firm have a number of commercial practices that operates across the country, covering both UK and international work. After experiencing a number of years in their Financial Services Litigation team they are now looking to bring a new Solicitor into that team. With this in mind the firm are looking to bring in a Solicitor that can take the initiative on aspects of their own caseload whilst assisting senior members of the team on complex matters. The firm would also be looking for a Solicitor with a strong litigated background in financial services work, with specific experience covering complex asset-tracing and insolvency work. In turn this is a terrific opportunity for someone already in making headway into their Financial Services litigation career to work in a team that is handling work in the media spotlight and that has a cross-border, international make up. In the medium term there is a mentoring scheme in place to move you into a position where you can handles your own complex cases and start to develop and mentor your own team of junior fee earners and support staff.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Able to assist senior member of the team on complex case work and run aspects of your own cases.
- Broad Financial Services Litigation background.
- Ideally some experience in working on complex Insolvency and Asset-Tracing cases.
