HOURS: 36 per week (flexi scheme in operation)

SALARY: Scale PO3 currently £38,237 to £40,057 per annum

LOCATION: Council Offices, 52 Derby Street Ormskirk, L39 2DF

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join the Council working in our small, but forward-thinking and innovative Legal and Member Services team.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and proactive property solicitor to deal with complex land and property transactions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, development agreements, contracts and procurement matters and regeneration projects. You will be a good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
