Commercial Property Solicitor/Partner - Scunthorpe

Succession planning role.

Genuine partnership opportunities within a relatively short space of time due to the planned retirement of the current partner heading up the team.

The ideal candidate will be between upwards of 5 years PQE in dealing with commercial property matters. You will be working alongside an experienced partner on a broad range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and development projects.

The partner of this firm is a very well respected local solicitor and has an impressive and loyal client base built up over the years. It is envisaged that once the successful candidate is on board and settled in this partner will start to look towards planning their retirement and ultimate handover of the department to this person.

This role would suit a solicitor who is interested in a traditional type of law firm with lots of client contact within a smaller high street type team rather than a large commercial type firm.
