This market leading, award winning Legal 500 international firm is looking to add an associate/senior associate to their Debt Capital Markets team.

This team is part of a wider capital market group which also covers structured finance, securitisation and derivatives.

The successful candidate is required to have a solid background within the debt capital markets team of an international law firm, working for underwriters and issuers in connection with international bond issues. You will need to have detailed knowledge of listing rules, disclosure requirements and disclosure liability. Experience of both Regulation S and Rule 144A transactions. Experience acting for underwriters on international DCM transactions and with a strong understanding of their key concerns. Experience acting for issuers and with strong disclosure drafting skills across a range of industry sectors and markets (including, in particular, emerging market issuers) as well as drafting and negotiating standard DCM transaction documents.

It would be desirable but, not essential to have experience in Equity-linked bonds and Equity Capital Markets transactions, sukuk transactions and liability management transactions.

The role would suite an ambitious candidate who has at least 3 years PQE experience in a similar position.
