The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a busy CQS accredited team based in London. With the skills and expertise to handle files from instruction to post completion, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential transaction to include: remortgages; sales and purchases; transfers of equity; shared ownership and; plot sales. Passionate about business development, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client and professional relationships and identify opportunities where the department can bring in additional work. A client-focused approach will therefore be essential. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 3 years’ PQE;
You will have excellent outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be technically competent with experience in all aspects of the Residential Conveyancing process;
You shall have strong IT skills;
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative;
You will have a flair for business development.
