Job Details
A large, innovative and responsive law firm based in the South of England is seeking a Dispute Resolution Partner to be based in their Newbury office. The firm are proudly accredited by Lexcel, the Law Society's Quality Practice kite mark and are highly regarded by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 legal directories.
You will Head up the Dispute Resolution department and drive the expansion of the team. With regards to the caseload you will be managing, an emphasis will be placed on Property Litigation although you will likely be a strong General Litigator more broadly. In addition business development will be an integral part of the role.
You will be a General Litigator with at least 7 years PQE and experience leading a successful team. A following would be advantageous.
