Housing Litigation Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Essex for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to undertake a varied role within a friendly local authority. The successful candidate will be comfortable in handling a busy workload and complying to data protection laws.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, mainly comprising of housing litigation and anti-social behaviour matters. The role may also involve working on general litigation matters, therefore any previous experience of working on civil or criminal cases would be highly beneficial.

Applications are welcomed from candidates who have previous local authority or private practice experience. The client is really looking for someone who is enthusiastic and will throw themselves into this fast-paced position.

The office is easy to reach, situated in a location which is easily accessible by public transport or car. Alongside this, our client is happy to offer flexible working, including part-time or home-working arrangements.
