JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years PQE

LOCATION: Northamptonshire (Commutable from: Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Bedford, Wellingborough)

THE ROLE:

Working closely with the Head of Construction on business development initiatives, the successful Construction Solicitor will be a bright and highly determined individual with the ability to handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non contentious construction matters. The construction team has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years and as a result they ae keen to capitalise on their recent successes through the recruitment of a skilled and ambitious Construction Solicitor. This the perfect opportunity for a Construction Solicitor with flair to carve a successful and long lasting career within a truly successful law firm in Northamptonshire. The firm are looking for a Construction Solicitor who can business develop and build up the client base in the local market.

THE SOLICITOR:

The newly appointed Construction Solicitor will have at least 4 years PQE gained within a well reputed firm renowned for their construction offerings. With experience of dealing with both contentious and non contentious related construction matters, the ideal Construction Solicitor will have a solid grounding in all areas of construction law including construction disputes particularly adjudication. The Construction Solicitor will be working alongside the Head of Department who boosts a wealth of knowledge in all areas of construction law. As the chosen Construction Solicitor you will be able to provide advice to contractors, developers and subcontractors. With a strong commercial awareness, you will be able to demonstrate an excellent academic background along with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
