Job Details

I am on the lookout for commercial property Solicitors with 5 years or more PQE to join a highly respected law firm in the Spalding area.

The firm has a superb reputation in dealing with top quality commercial property work. They are regularly instructed to deal with high value multi million pound work by an impressive client base and stand out from the crowd in the area in terms of the type of work that they deal with. They are able to attract London quality work into the department.

This role would suit lawyers that are currently at a stage of their career where they are looking to make the step up to senior positions but are perhaps finding opportunities at their current firm limited. Alternatively, the role may suit an already senior Lincolnshire or Cambridgeshire based lawyer commuting into the commercial firms in London or Cambridge and that is looking for a role closer to home to get a better work life balance without taking a step back in the quality of the work that they deal with. The firm will consider associate level candidates but also those specifically looking to make the step up to a partner level position within one of the largest specialist property teams in the area.

In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a good salary and excellent benefits package.

Please get in contact with Greg at QED legal for further details of this role.

Company

QED
An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises. A good recruiter needs to be Quick, Excellent and Dynamic in everything that they do. Allow the team at QED to demonstrate what they can do for your firm or your career.
