THE FIRM:
Our client is a long established law firm, acting for companies, institutions and organisations across a wide range of sectors.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a proactive and self-motivated charity and education lawyer to join a successful department advising charities, social enterprise, not-for-profit organisations and independent schools.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of charity and education work including trusts, charity constitutions to governance and legacies and endowments.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a charity and education lawyer 1-3pqe with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), who has worked within a leading national or regional law firm.
You will be a team player with good organisational skills and demonstrate keen commercial awareness.
