Commercial Property Solicitor - Liverpool

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a well-known multi office Merseyside based law firm for a Commercial Property Solicitor to come on board and inherit the client base of a soon to be retiring Partner.

The Partner in question is looking at a staged retirement over the next 12 to 18 months starting with reduced hours. The firm in question is looking to recruit an ambitious Solicitor with Commercial Property experience to take over a thriving caseload and maintain, manage and develop existing client relationships.

The caseload would consist of real estate sales and acquisitions, estate assembly and development, leases and landlord and tenant, amongst other things.

Experience in the following areas would be beneficial:

Acquisitions and disposals

Refinance of commercial property

Advising on Landlord & Tenant matters

Land acquisitions

Developments

Lease preparation and renewals

Candidates with up to 6 years' post qualification experience would be ideal but more experienced candidates will be considered for the role depending upon the strength of their cv's and salary expectations.

This really is a unique role for anybody looking to fast track their career in real estate work.
