Interim Private Client Solicitor

An expanding Private Practice in Sussex requires the assistance of a locum Private Client Solicitor to join in the autumn to cover a period of permanent recruitment. The assignment is anticipated to last for circa three months in duration.

The firm are a well-established private practice in Sussex and have a number of offices within the region. The successful candidate will be joining a small but renowned team and will have conduct over a caseload including the following matters:

• Wills
• Probate matters
• Estate Planning
• Trust and Tax work
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Administration of estates

Candidates will be expected to work without supervision and therefore previous experience in handling a full private client caseload is essential. There will be secretarial support.

Parking is paid for by the firm at a nearby car park.
