Our client is a niche practice based in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire areas with modern contemporary offices, that specialises in employment law. This highly acclaimed firm enjoys a variety of instructions from a range of clients, from individual employees through to large international organisations, all the while delivering exceptional client care and excellent advice at a reasonable cost. Due to expansion, the firm is looking to add an employment solicitor to its team. This employment solicitor position will be based at the firm’s Reading office.    

You will be a solicitor that has recently qualified or have up to five years’ post qualified experience in employment law. Your duties will include a range of contentious and non-contentious matters such as disputes, TUPE transfers, redundancy, and employee contracts. You should have excellent client care skills and be able to work on a busy caseload with minimal supervision. You will:-
Be a solicitor with around 1-5 years PQE in employment law;
