This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join a Legal 500 and Chambers recommended firm in Southampton.  The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

My client is a full service, leading South West practice offering a wide range of services to individuals and businesses and their Private Client team is one of the best in the region.  They pride themselves on providing a high level of client care and offer a Partner-led service.  Working within an experienced team consisting of Partners, Associates, Solicitors, Trainee Solicitor and Paralegals you will also assist with the management of the team to ensure the department delivers and exceptional client service and hits targets set.

Applications are invited from STEP Qualified Private Client Solicitors with at least 5 Years PQE.  You should have experience across all areas of Private Client and Tax Planning to include:

  • Complex will drafting
  • Inheritance tax planning
  • Capital gains tax
  • Estate administration and planning
  • Trusts
  • LPAs

You should also have a commercial approach, a willingness and enthusiasm to continue the department’s growth.  Progression and career prospects are on offer for the right candidate as the firm like to promote from within.
