Nq - 2 pqe Family Solicitor

An established and friendly Kent firm is looking for a Family NQ Solicitor. This firm remains client focused creating a bespoke service to each individual.

The caseload will consist of purely privately funded work and will be contentious, as the family law team sit within the litigation department. You will be working closely alongside partners in the department and assisting one family partner in particular.

The role will allow you to gradually take on a busy caseload with the support and supervision of senior fee earners. The caseload will consist of divorce and separation, finances, co-habitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic violence and children.

This role reports directly to the Partner providing expert advice and opportunity to gain key experience. This firm has proven it's interest in progressing and developing their staff and really investing in long term careers by supporting goals and aspirations.

This is an exceptional opportunity to become established locally while dealing with high net worth clients. This firm focuses on providing a friendly and professional atmosphere where clients feel comfortable at any stage of the process from the beginning of relationships to mediation and also relationship breakdown.
