Commercial Property Solicitor

My exclusive client is a well established law firm in the heart of Essex with a long established reputation of being a good full service practice. Commercial areas are key to their business. The commercial team deals with real estate amongst other commercial matters giving a good breadth of work.

The real estate team members deal with the sales and purchases of commercial property and Leases (Individual Units, retail shops, offices etc) for a loyal client base that is nationwide and instructed them over a number of years. You will also be involved in corporate support work on business transactions as and when required.

Commercial Property experience is essential and it is envisaged you will have a minimum of 3PQE and be looking for a role where you can really get involved and have continuous training and development working in a friendly team who always work together. You are still encouraged to apply If you feel you have sufficient experience but a pqe outside of the range.
