A strong Legal 500 firm who deal with City style work are currently recruiting a Construction Solicitor. This firm have attracted many ex City Lawyers who want to deal high quality work but work in a firm that is a far from the ordinary Commercial machine. The Construction department sits within the real estate team and deals with a wide range of Construction projects for both regional and national developers, contractors, employers and financiers. They are highly regarded in this area and have a wealth of experience with a stable, balanced team structure. The firm works on behalf of private and public clients most notably within the energy sector.

You will be a Construction Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE. You will have good academics and have worked in another comparable firm or in-house. Ideally you will have gained exposure to infrastructure and construction projects such as public sector procurement, JV's, energy and waste with the ability to build strong client relationships, thriving in a client facing role.
