OUR CLIENT
An exciting new opportunity for a litigation/debt recovery Solicitor c 3 + PQE to join a well established and fast growing financial services business.
THE ROLE
The post holder will be expected to handle a mainly contentious workload, working as a key member of the legal team, advising on legal, regulatory and operational issues, as follows:-
Managing complex contested consumer credit cases.
Advising on relevant legislative and regulatory developments that would impact on the business
Implementation of new processes
Risk management
Supervision and mentoring of team members handling debt recovery litigation
Provision of training for the team on matters relating to consumer credit, debt collection, litigation procedures and regulatory matters
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this excellent role offering a significant level of responsibility, candidates must have relevant litigation experience preferably with consumer credit experience.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills
