Job Details
This Shropshire based high street law firm are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead a highly regarded department and help to grow the department further.
The role will be suited to a Solicitor with at least 6 years post qualified experience, and who has the experience of managing a team in the past. The role will encompass both fee earning and management as you will be responsible for dealing with a broad range of wills, probate, LPA, elderly care, COP, tax issues and trust matters, as well as overseeing a team of fee earners with duties including developing the department, coordinating the team, conducting training/appraisals of staff, and dealing with finances and budgets of the team.
You must be used to dealing with HNW clients with complex assets such as agricultural properties and high value trusts as well as have the confidence of dealing with clients on a face to face basis. You will be working closely with an existing Partner and so will have real input into how this department grows.
