Commercial Property Solicitor

Kent based boutique firm are expanding their commercial property department. The firm are based in North Kent but have an international client base and are planning excitingly to develop a London presence in the foreseeable future.

This well reputed and successful law firm is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property team. There is an existing caseload of good quality work involving varied work on buying and selling various commercial properties and engaging in marketing.

Much of the work is for large clients and will be challenging.

This is an opportunity for progression and further rewards based on performance. My client is looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and has determination to progress their career further within a forward thinking and modern practise.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to play a key role within a busy and successful department.
