Job Details
Are you a Plot Conveyancer looking to work for an accredited legal practice based in Warwickshire? If so, we have the role for you! Due to an exciting time in which the firm is growing and adapting to increased work from clients, a Plot Conveyancer is now required to join its successful Plot Sales team.
Our client represents a loyal client base dealing with niche and high quality Plot Sale matters, including but not limited to buying and selling of plot sales, development agreements, administration of planning agreements and compulsory purchase work.
The firm is seeking a motivated individual who is organised and wants to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful Plot Conveyancer must have a minimum of 12 months experience in Plot Sales and be able to conduct searches and handle correspondence. This includes liaising with and reporting to clients, handling telephone calls, queries and enquiries where appropriate and producing forms and documentation.
The Plot Conveyancer will be managing their own caseloads and as a result you must have an excellent attention to detail and be confident speaking to clients as you will be given exposure to the full spectrum of processes.
This position offers the chance to work as part of a highly skilled team within successful Plot Sales practice handling high quality work. The firm is agile, progressive and easy to engage with, making it an attractive place to work.
