Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner

A requirement has arisen for an experienced and determined Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join a very busy Conveyancing & Residential Property department, working alongside the partner.

The firm have been established for over 150 years and are incredibly well known within Ormskirk and the surrounding areas and have an impeccable reputation, with most of the work coming from repeat local businesses, referrals and word of mouth.

The Conveyancing & Residential Property department have been awarded the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality scheme accreditation in recognition of the high standards the firm adheres to. The department advises on sales, purchases, first time buyers, right to buy, landlord & tenant, shared ownership, re-mortgaging, sheltered accommodation and transfer of equity to name a few.

The ideal candidate will have a sound working knowledge of residential conveyancing and have the ability to run their own caseload with minimal supervision. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work confidently independently as well as part of a team.
