A new role has arisen within a leading national legal practice for a Litigation Executive to join a leading team in The South West.

As a skilled case handler you will be confident in managing your own caseload of RTA matters with about 40% litigated.

Your law degree/LPC/CILEX (or equivalent) and previous experience of legal case handling will enable you to make informed logical decisions on the prospects of a case and aid you when deciding on quantum and liability. 

To enable to you carry out this role effectively it is essential have a good understanding of Defendant and Claimant handling practices in RTA litigation alongside interviewing techniques and experience of running a caseload of RTA personal injury cases. Knowledge of all claims proceeding under Part 20 of Civil Procedure Rules is considered to be an advantage when applying for this role, but not essential. 

You will join an expanding team of 8 -9 case handlers based in Bristol. You will report into a Head of Department who will support and guide you by sharing their extensive technical knowledge to help better your practice. You, along with your colleagues, are encouraged to share your ideas on strategic tactics and contribute suggestions.
