Newly established boutique law firm based in the city centre of Manchester are looking to bolster their already impressive small but perfectly formed real estate team doe to an influx of instructions. You will deal with your own caseload to include development, landlord and tenant, leases, acquisitions and disposals etc. As long as you are aware of how to draft a commercial lease and knowledge of landlord and tenant - the rest can be trained upon. Working closely with the HOD and you will really hone in on your skills where you can specialise in a specific area of property whether it be development or property finance etc. Hard working team that believe in a strong work/life balance ethos. Applications welcome from junior solicitors who have previous experience aswell maybe as a property paralegal or senior associates/partners looking for a change from the norm. Part time and flexible working also considered. Salary given as a guide only will be dependant on experience to date.
