Residential Conveyancer. A very successful residential conveyancing team requires a residential conveyancer with at least 4 years experience to join their expanding residential conveyancing department, which over 20 people strong, in their North Norfolk office, commutable from Watlington, Narborough, West Winch, King's Lynn and Wisbech. The successful residential conveyancer will be experienced in managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The successful conveyancer will also have the ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. The role is open to solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers. Salary To £40,000
