Residential Property - Solicitor /Licensed Conveyancer - Manager 6yrs+ PQE

One of the UK's most respected and successful law firms with regional offices throughout the UK are currently looking to recruit a Senior Solicitor or Qualified Conveyancer to manage and develop an existing Residential Property Team at their Hampshire location.

The firm require an experienced individual with proven success in managing a residential property team. There is a particular emphasis on developing and growing the business of what is already a successful team. This is a strategic role and will require experience in management reporting and revenue growth alongside delivery of service to your own client portfolio. Suffice to say you will have ambition, in depth expertise of residential conveyancing, with excellent planning and organisational abilities. An ability to deliver on and exceed targets, develop new clients and ensure steady growth will all be readily achievable in order to succeed in this role.
