Private Client Solicitor

This leading LLP is seeking to hire a solicitor of around four to nine years’ PQE (or equivalent) to join their private wealth team in Surrey. Presently the team is well-recognised in the legal directories.

The successful applicants role will encompass all areas of private client work (e.g. Wills, Lifetime tax planning, EPAs, LPAs, Court of Protection matters (deputyships, statutory wills etc), trust advice and drafting, estate administration, obtaining grant of probate/letters of administration etc).

You will be required to further develop your skills and knowledge. You will be proactive, and committed to offering first class services to our clients.
