We are now tasked with seeking a dynamic Family Fee Earner for a specialist team based in Chippenham. With solid experience handling privately funded matters, the successful Fee Earner will manage a varied and complex caseload, ensuring outstanding service and client care at all times. Areas may incorporate: financial relief; pre and post nuptial agreements; dissolution of civil partnerships; divorce both nationally and internationally; separation and; children matters. You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You shall be technically proficient with solid experience in private family matters;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be highly organised and able to manage your time efficiently;
You will be personable, professional and detail orientated.
