Pensions and Employment Solicitor

The main duties and responsibilities will include advising on scheme re-structuring and drafting documentation, including benefit changes and mergers, funding and deficit issues including contingent assets, discrimination, winding-up and liability management.
Candidates must also be keen to support the Firm's and the Department's business development.
Candidates will have 0-6 years PQE.
Experience of Pensions Law and/or a keenness to broaden and deepen knowledge in this area.
Great communication skills and the ability to work under time constraints, prioritise work load and work well with others.
