LOCATION: Gloucestershire (Commutable from: Worcester, Cheltenham, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire)

SALARY: £NQ Market Rate

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join this well regarded Employment Team based in the Gloucestershire. Our client is a leading player in the Gloucestershire and they focus on high quality regional work and attract high calibre lawyers and support staff who provide an outstanding service to clients. The appointed Employment Solicitor will be responsible for a varied caseload of employment related matters including providing general employment advice, drafting employment contracts, policies, assisting with transactional work as well as drafting grievance procedures. They are looking to add to their Employment team through the recruitment of a driven and motivated NQ Employment Solicitor.

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is considering newly qualified Solicitors with a keen passion for Employment law along with experienced Legal Executives with relevant experience to join their thriving employment department. The successful Employment Solicitor will be reporting directly to the Team Head and will be responsible for maintaining their own cases. The ideal Employment Solicitor will also assist generally in expanding existing contracts and relationships and be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in dealing with private property work. The Employment Solicitor appointed must be able to show outstanding results in their current and previous posts and also demonstrate exceptional customer service and client care standards. Experience in Claimant Employment work is essential for this role, whether undertaken as a Solicitor or in your Training Contract.
