Job Details
A highly successful, commercial law firm is looking to recruit a specialist in Commercial Dispute Resolution.
The nature of the role, managing complex cases and working directly with clients, requires a specialist and tenacious commercial litigator with not less than 5 years’ PQE. We would be delighted to hear from litigators who, as well as mainstream commercial disputes, also offer expertise in handling corporate, shareholder and partnership problems.
Acting for a diverse and interesting mix of corporate and commercial clients, the CDR team has depth and breadth of expertise in both litigation and ADR. The team is highly regarded and regularly attracts heavyweight litigation. You will enjoy working on a varied caseload and typical instructions will include:
- Commercial Trading Disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Director conduct issues
- Contract disputes
- Emergency remedies including injunctions, and search and freezing orders
- Negligence claims including professional negligence
- Misrepresentation and Agency Claims
