Corporate/Commercial Solicitor

The role is for a solicitor who has specialised in Corporate & Commercial work, including mergers & acquisitions and commercial contracts and advice. The opening has arisen due to continued growth and success of the team and the office is based in a very desirable location. You can be assured that you are joining a Legal 500 listed practice group. Your clients will be very varied and in the main they will be based in the South East but although role is full-time, permanent and based in the Peterborough office, you will have still an opportunity to work in the other offices which include London and Cambridge.

The team specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and drafting/advising on a wide range of business contracts.

It is likely that you will have between 0-2 Years PQE, your academics will be superb and your experience will have been gained in a department that handle both Corporate & Commercial law. It is anticipated that you will come from a large or medium sized Commercial firm and possess a clear passion and 'drive' for this area of work.

This is a fantastic Cheshire based Corporate/Commercial role offering a basic salary of up to £40,000 plus benefits.
