They are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their office in Birmingham. The ideal Candidate will essentially be seeking long term career progression within a good firm. The firm provides training and development to all their staff in a friendly and professional manner.

THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for a tenacious Paralegal in Birmingham. Assisting and supporting fee earners with experience within a conveyancing department. This is a junior role with duties to include: typing; use of Land Registry portal; filing; telephony; preparing documents; liaising with clients and general office administration. The ideal Paralegal will have a can do attitude with excellent client care skills. You will be ideally looking to build and progress within the Property sector or similar on a full time and permanent basis, with a flair for business development.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a Paralegal with experience in a Conveyancing department;
You must be conversant with the Land Registry Portal;
You will have fast typing speed;
You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft office package;
You will be IT literate;
You will be motivated with a detail oriented approach to your work;
You will be able to work well within a team.
