Job Details
Housing Lawyer with an anti-social behaviour focus required for an initial 12 month locum period to join a well-regarded local authority based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a popular local authority and hit the ground running in this long-term locum role.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload consisting almost entirely of anti-social behaviour matters, however there may be occasions when general housing litigation cases arise.
Alongside managing a busy caseload, you will be required to undertake advocacy on these matters. Ideally, the candidate will be able to prosecute on such matters at Magistrate level however this is not a necessity for the role however County Court level is required. Previous advocacy experience is essential.
