Real Estate Lawyer - Manchester

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced real estate lawyer to join a leading Top 20 brand at their Manchester office.

Joining this firms market-leading real estate team, which is ranked as a premier firm in all major legal directories, you will responsible for a broad mix of real estate work, undertaking a transactional role acting for major retail occupiers, investors and developers.

To be considered for the role you will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE with strong experience in Landlord and Tenant and some experience of development work. You will have a commercial In-house' approach and strong relationship management skills as you will be expected to maintain effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who is looking to improve their legal knowledge in a new kind of environment that opens up new ways of working. This firm offers a market leading salary, benefits and refreshing approach from that of a "traditional law firm".
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
