Criminal Regulatory Solicitor - Hull

Our client, a niche but rapidly growing private practice law firm, are currently seeking to appoint a Criminal Regulatory Solicitor to the team to support the growth of the firms offering to clients.

The firms criminal and regulatory team represent a variety of clients facing disciplinary and misconduct charges including those by the FSA, HSE, HMRC and the Police. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of criminal regulatory solicitor work from the firms Hull office.

Suitable applicants will ideally have at least 5 years PQE, have a highly professional attitude for dealing with commercial and private clients, and ideally will have touched on some regulatory work already including such as Trading Standards, FSA, Environmental and Health and Safety work. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to give technical yet practical advice, taking into account the commercial realities under which clients operate. Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Relocators will only be considered if they have a demonstrable connection to the region. Salary dependent on experience.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
