An exciting opportunity has arisen for a banking solicitor to join a national commercial firm in at their Leeds office.

This firm has one of the leading banking and finance teams in the UK and acts for the majority of the leading banks and financial institutions on a broad range of financial transactions.

Your caseload will included a variety of banking work including some asset finance, real estate finance, general corporate banking and leveraged finance for both private and public sector clients. As such excellent communication and technical skills are essential with the commitment to client service and the ability to network and eventually generate new business. You will be able to demonstrate that you are commercially aware and have a positive, enthusiastic, conscientious and pro-active approach.

You will have a minimum of 1 years post qualification experience from a City or leading practice with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment to tight deadlines.You will also have a strong academic record with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
