Conveyancing Assistant

A requirement has arisen for an ambitious and determined Conveyancing Assistant to join a highly regarded firm in their Wirral Offices to support a fee earner. The firm have an excellent reputation across the Merseyside are with a network of offices covering a wide range of practice areas.

You will provide technical and administrative support to the fee earner, undertaking elements of fee earner work under supervision. You will be responsible for dealing with estate agents memorandum of sales, drafting contracts, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, coordinate exchange of contracts and deal with post completion to work to name a few.

You will be working alongside an experienced fee earner within a firm that offers excellent career progression. As you become more experience the role and responsibilities may broaden to further your development as you are looking to progress your career.
