Job Details
A top rated South West law firm is looking for a Banking solicitor (1-3 years' PQE) to join their growing Banking, Restructuring and Insolvency team. It is possible to be based in London (city), or one of the firms South West offices (Exeter or Bristol) for this role.
The position will involve a range of work Banking work for clients that include commercial banks, international investment banks, trade fiance platforms, as well as specialist assent/project financiers.
They are looking for a solicitor from a good law firm, with experience in banking and fiance law (e.g. finance and security documents, senior lending, Asset-based lending, project finance, Mezzanine and junior lending, Loan Market Association standard form documents etc). Candidates must also be commercially minded, have excellent communication sand client care skills, and be happy with modern IT systems.
In return you will be given a cooperative salary (dependant on location and experience), excellent benefits and good career progression prospects.
